Change of Mind 

If you need to return an unused item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at wecare@swonderglobal.com. 

Items must be: 

  • Unused 

  • In original packaging 

  • In resellable condition 

  • Once approved and received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. 

Shipping costs for returns (unless due to defect or error) are the responsibility of the customer. 

Incorrect or Damaged Orders 

Received the wrong item? Something arrived damaged? 

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at wecare@swonderglobal.com with your order number and photos if applicable. 

We’ll resolve it quickly. No drama, no deep end.
